A yoga teacher based in South East London. I teach Dynamic Vinyasa with a restorative close. My classes offer breath-led flows that build heat, then soften into stillness.
Aside of yoga, I spent twelve years in marketing and five years in leadership roles that taught me how brands and businesses make people feel seen. This combined with motherhood led me to the teaching path.
Yoga carried me through some of the hardest seasons of my life, and that's the practice I teach from. I want people to leave the room feeling more like themselves.
I grew up between Congolese, French and Jewish cultures, and I teach with deep respect for the tradition of yoga and for the diversity of the people who come to it.
Whether you've practised for a decade or never touched a mat, you belong in my room.
I teach group classes, private 1-1s, small groups, and corporate sessions across the wider SE London area. In studios, gardens, and offices.
"I want people to leave the room feeling more like themselves."
My classes are built around a heat-building flow, then a proper close. Both equally matter.
You don't need to touch your toes to belong on a mat. I'll offer variations throughout class that you're welcome to take. Every body and every level belongs here.
I teach to sounds that ground the room and make space for breath. Some classes are silent. I may also use lavender oil at the end, depending on the mood and your preference.
Asanas are part of yoga, not the whole of it. I love the philosophy behind the practice, and I'll bring it into the room. Woven through how I cue, how I close, how I hold space.
A twelve-month immersion led by Becky Farbstein, with anatomy modules taught by Lolo Lam. Coursework spanned injury management, restorative and pregnancy yoga, meditation, Nada Yoga, Sanskrit, and the relationship between music and the nervous system.
The course also included a dedicated module on diversity and cultural appropriation in yoga. It shaped how I think about teaching a practice that comes from a different culture than mine.
